Panorama Blanco or White Panorama in Ushuaia offers an immersive winter experience amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Tierra del Fuego. Participants are treated to a diverse range of outdoor activities, all guided by knowledgeable staff.
The adventure begins with a trekking excursion across frozen peat bogs using snowshoes, providing an opportunity to explore the snowy terrain while learning about the local flora, fauna, and geological features from the guide.
Next, guests can enjoy the exhilarating thrill of riding snowmobiles through the winter wonderland. Even first-time riders will feel comfortable, as precise instructions are provided by the guide. For those who prefer not to drive, transportation is available.
The journey continues with an introduction to mushing, an ancient activity involving sled dogs. Guests will have the chance to interact with the friendly dogs and learn about the fascinating history and techniques of mushing through demonstrations.
Afterward, guests can indulge in a delicious meal at the cozy restaurant, featuring options such as chicken cooked in the “Disco” style, lamb stew, or a vegetarian alternative.
To cap off the experience, guests can enjoy some leisure time sledding in the specially designed park, offering fun for all ages.
We start with hotel pick-up, where we’ll have a half-hour transfer to Llanos del Castor, our winter center. The excursion consists of 4 outdoor activities, all guided by trained personnel.
Once at Llanos, we’ll begin the excursion with a low-difficulty trekking using snowshoes on frozen peat bogs. The more snow there is, the more useful the snowshoes become! During the journey, the guide will provide information about the landscape, flora, fauna, notable geological formations, and beaver dams we’ll encounter.
Next, we’ll take a snowmobile ride. If you’ve never driven one before, it won’t be a problem. The guide will give precise instructions on how to operate it, and if you prefer not to drive, we’ll take care of transportation. Each snowmobile will accommodate two people, and halfway through the circuit, there will be a driver change so that both can experience driving.
Finally, we’ll delve into the world of mushing, where we’ll learn all about this ancient activity through demonstrations and interaction with our beautiful dogs. Please note that we won’t be sledding; instead, it’s about engaging with the sled dogs and witnessing demonstrations.
Afterwards, we’ll have free time for sledding in our park specially designed for the activity.
Following that, you’ll be invited to our cozy restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal.

No, it´s not usual to have cancellations for weather conditions. The tour is only available during snow season, during winter months.
