Located in the middle of the Strait of Magellan, Magdalena Island is home to one of the largest Magellanic penguin colonies in Chile. After breakfast, we will start from Puerto Natales, the journey to Torres del Paine National Park. The activity promises an unforgettable adventure through the heart of Patagonia’s awe-inspiring landscape. As the rugged beauty of the Andes unfolds, travelers are treated to panoramic vistas of jagged peaks, pristine glaciers, and crystalline lakes.
One of the highlights of the excursion is a short hike to Salto Grande, a majestic waterfall on the Paine River, offering a refreshing break amidst the pristine wilderness. Afterward, travelers enjoy a delicious lunch before proceeding to Lake Grey, where they embark on a scenic walk to a viewpoint overlooking the glacier and its impressive icebergs.
