Pristine Locations Philosophy
Location is everything. When selecting the site for Pristine El Calafate, the team remained faithful to conservation policies and chose to place the camp within Estancia Dos Lagos, on a peninsula dividing the Rico Arm of Lake Roca. The result is sweeping views of the Perito Moreno Glacier and a minimal footprint in a spectacular setting.
Sustainable Architecture
The domes are built in wood to provide comfort and warmth while minimizing environmental impact. Sustainable materials and eco-friendly construction techniques help the facilities integrate with the natural environment. To preserve the native forest and avoid altering the terrain’s morphology, the domes are raised on pillars that reduce ground disturbance.
