Cesarino Restaurant
Cesarino is named in honor of Cesarino Fava, an Italian mountaineer and writer. Cesarino climbed and explored many mountains in the Andean Patagonia, which is why we decided to pay tribute to him by naming our restaurant after him. At Cesarino, you will find a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, including typical dishes from Argentine Patagonia. All the ingredients used are fresh, so you can enjoy not only the flavor but also the quality of a freshly prepared dish.

SUSTENTABILITY
At Chalten Suites Hotel, we are aware of the invaluable environment that the Los Glaciares National Park North Zone offers us and the importance of the environment for El Chaltén as a tourist destination. Our main objective is to offer the best quality in facilities and services with the minimum possible socio-environmental impact and with the commitment to comply with the legal and voluntary requirements that we set for ourselves.
To achieve this, we publicly commit to being an example in compliance with the principles of Sustainable Development, according to the World Charter for Sustainable Tourism +20, being pioneers in the locality in the implementation of an integrated management system in order to ensure continuous improvement in the field of environmental management, quality, and tourist responsibility in general.

GREEN HOTEL
The Green Hotels Eco-label is the distinctive recognition and certification for Argentine hotels that demonstrate sustainable management, respectful of the environment, and socially responsible with the community and the tourist destination in which they carry out their activity. We are the only hotel in El Chaltén with sustainability certification and one of the 24 establishments in the country with the Silver Level Label. The Green Hotels Program is the result of the work of the Argentine Hotel and Tourism Association (AHT), is validated by the Argentine Institute of Normalization and Certification (IRAM), and recognized by the Ministry of Tourism of the Nation. Internationally, it has been recognized by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), placing it at the level of the most prestigious sustainable tourism certification programs in the world. The implementation of sustainable practices is for Chalten Suites the cross-cutting and guiding axis of the undertaking. We fervently believe, and even more so in the global context in which we live, that sustainability can no longer be just a trend but a necessity that must be brought to the realm of reality. To enjoy the destination and the immeasurable resources of El Chaltén and the Los Glaciares National Park, we see embracing the concept of sustainable development as a priority and entrusting our efforts to work towards it.
