Each pass includes Transfers airport – hotel – airport and a package of activities to be used during your trip. Then, you have to fill a form to confirm the dates for each trip and you`re ready to visit your next destination.

If you`re looking for a basic package of services to visiting Puerto Natales for two or three days it`s your pass:
Transfer in bus service from Punta Arenas airport or bus station, to Puerto Natales bus station
Full day excursion to Torres del Paine National Park with a visit to Milodon Cave and entrance to Nat Park included
Transfer from Puerto Natales bus station to Punta Arenas bus station or airport (bus service)

There are no age restrictions for the activities in this pass.
After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, once you confirm the dates for your trip, we will organize the order of your activities with you and send a voucher that you can use to enjoy the excursions.
Pass is valid for 12 months after purchase, it´s not refundable, but changes are permitted at no extra charge, when made 48 hours prior to excursion or activity date.
We will email you to know the dates for your trip and offer the best way to organize each activity.
Once you’ve completed your booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive the voucher you’ll need to participate in the activity.
If you’ve booked an activity for the following day, don’t worry. We’ll make sure to send you the voucher before your activity begins.
