No, the pass is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your activities free of charge if you request the change at least 72 hours before departure.
The pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can make changes up to 72 hours before your scheduled activity, but it is non-refundable.
No, there are no age restrictions.
After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, once you confirm the dates for your trip, we will organize the order of your activities with you and send a voucher that you can use to enjoy the excursions.
Pass is valid for 12 months after purchase, it´s not refundable, but changes are permitted at no extra charge, when made 48 hours prior to excursion or activity date.
After purchasing the pass, we will contact you via email to coordinate your travel dates and help you plan your activities in the best possible way.
These activities are pre-selected to ensure a well-rounded exploration of the region. Therefore, the pass does not offer the flexibility to choose specific attractions; instead, it provides a curated itinerary that encompasses key experiences in Ushuaia.
Once you’ve completed your booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive the voucher you’ll need to participate in the activity.
