ITINERARY

The tour begins with presentation at the tourist pier, followed by departure aboard the yacht for navigation through the Beagle Channel. The first part of the journey heads toward Alicia Island, home to a colony of one-furred sea lions, and continues to Bird Island, where royal and imperial cormorants can be observed in their natural habitat.

The yacht then sails east toward a small island that may host two-furred sea lions during certain times of the year, before approaching the iconic Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, built in 1919. From this area, rock cormorants can also be spotted on nearby islands.

On the return journey, the yacht lands on Bridges Island for a short interpretive walk, subject to weather conditions. The trail offers insights into local flora, birdlife, and Yámana history, including the region’s largest anthropogenic shell middens. From the island’s highest point, travelers enjoy panoramic views of the Beagle Channel with Ushuaia visible in the distance.

The tour concludes with navigation back to the tourist pier.
