ITINERARY

Your adventure begins with a hotel pick-up in El Calafate, followed by a scenic 20-minute drive to the Estancia, where the excitement of your 4×4 journey starts. As you ascend the rugged slopes of Cerro Frías, you’ll traverse winding mountain paths that offer stunning views of the Patagonian steppe. The first stop is at a viewpoint 450 meters high, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking vistas of Lake Argentino and its two majestic arms, with perfect opportunities for photos. Continuing upwards, you’ll reach a 360-degree panoramic viewpoint, allowing you to take in the full beauty of Los Glaciares National Park, the Fitz Roy massif, and even the distant Torres del Paine on clear days.

After soaking in the views, you’ll begin the descent along the southern face of Cerro Frías. As the journey continues, you’ll pass through a dense lenga forest and capture more incredible sights of El Calafate, the Cerro Centinela Valley, and Lake Argentino. The tour culminates at Estancia Alice, where you can relax and enjoy either lunch, an afternoon snack, or dinner, depending on your selected tour time, rounding off an unforgettable Patagonian experience.
