ITINERARY

The day begins at the estancia’s main house. After an initial one-hour hike, you’ll reach the Refugio Leñador, once used by workers in the early 20th century. Following a short break, continue the ascent through lenga forests for about an hour and a half, where the first spectacular views unfold: Cordón de los Cristales, the Centinela River valley, and the distant Torres del Paine.

From a plateau at 800 meters, the last and most demanding section leads to the summit at 1,095 meters above sea level. At the top, enjoy a breathtaking 360° panorama over Lago Argentino, the Cordillera de los Andes, the Cordón de los Baguales, and, with luck, the majestic Fitz Roy.

The descent follows alternative trails with stops at historic shelters, a break to savor a Patagonian box lunch, and unique perspectives of the landscape. Back at the estancia, a delicious snack will mark the perfect end to this unforgettable journey.
