8:00 AM — Your day begins with pickup at your hotel, heading into the rugged Andorra Valley. Known for its local history and striking natural surroundings, it sets the stage for an unforgettable hike. After arriving, you begin trekking through a scenic peat bog, following a meltwater river that winds through the wet and wild terrain—slippery underfoot and beautifully raw.
10:30 AM — Reaching the treeline at around 600 meters above sea level, the forest opens into panoramic mountain views. From here, the trail hugs a small stream that descends from the highlands, leading you upward into open alpine landscapes.
11:30 AM — You arrive at Laguna de los Témpanos, a glacial lake perched beneath the imposing Vinciguerra Glacier. Time slows as you take in the unique beauty of the glacier’s ice caves and surrounding peaks.
12:30 PM — A well-earned break brings a box-lunch picnic with stunning views. As you rest and refuel, you’ll feel deeply immersed in the wild soul of Tierra del Fuego.
1:30 PM — The descent begins, taking you back through the diverse layers of terrain, from alpine streams to forested paths and finally across the peat bog once more.
